Due to the modular structure, aqua equipment can be supplied with updates to let you hear for many decades at the highest audio quality.

Modifications and repairs are subject to the same accurate quality standards as new products.

Only Aqua devices bought from an authorised distributor or their appointed dealers have a valid Aqua warranty.

Warranty service should normally be obtained from the importing distributor or retailer from whom you purchased the equipment. The authorized importing distributor or retailer accepts the responsibility for the warranty of products sold by that distributor or dealer.

In the unlikely event of service required beyond the capability of the importing distributor or retailer, the Customer can contact Aqua directly at support@aquahifi.com, with the following information:

1. your name and contact information
2. model and serial number of the unit
3. the dealer where you purchased the unit
4. a copy of the purchase receipt / invoice
5. a brief problem description or updates required

We will reply to your email with specific instructions as to how the service should be handled.

We firmly contrast the grey market and black import, in order to protect our customers from illegitimate resellers. Modifications and repairs will not performed on gray-market devices, i.e. the units not purchased from the local distributor/reseller or those exported outside the territory of competence of the local distributor/reseller. This policy is the only mean to keep this goal effective. We dismantled a few times such parallel grey markets, so we know what we are talking about.
